Ok...so i got a dental estimate of $7k (my portion) for surgery...she prescribed antibiotics for the infection/pain first. 😭 If the antibiotics clear up the pain, I'm tempted to wait until I get to France (date TBD). Americans need more affordable health care.

Today marks 39 years since my dad died. He was horribly abused growing up and tried to do better - he didn't always succeed. He was only 55 when he died. Would he have become a better dad to me as he aged? I doubt it. I still find myself missing him, though. I hope his soul as at peace. 🕯️
