We're doing two talks next week at Devcon 8 in Mumbai! The first is during the Practical Privacy Day on the 5th of November. Current time slot is 14:30 - 15:00, though we have no control over schedule changes, so do your own research.
We will be attending Devcon 8 in India in a couple weeks with two talks! To commemorate it, we'll be *gifting* away one (1) special edition Founder Ark. It has the Devcon 8 logo etched on, and has the unique serial number founder-devcon-8.
Thrilled to announce a new release! We've added support for two new genomic data types and published apps to showcase them: a doping tester and a sprint vs. marathon selector! You can also seed your Ark or Ark Emulator with sample genomes for testing.

We've just published the new version of the Dark Bio: Ark Companion mobile app on both AppStore and PlayStore. - Supports pairing Ark Emulators (if you don't have a genuine device) - Supports pairing multiple devices (why settle for one when you can have 3) Emulators soon-ish™
Well now, seems we'll have a way soon for everyone to play with the Dark Bio Arks; without having to actually buy a genuine Ark (would be appreciated nonetheless).
Heading out for a first holiday since 1.5 years on Dark Bio, so didn't want to ship anything last minute... ...but end of July will see both the founder series Arks shipping out (request to but one at founders@dark.bio) and the emulator may also land 🔥. Back in a few weeks 🏔️

Dark Bio whitepaper is out! We're building a system in which a person's health data, their genome most of all, no longer has to live with a custodian to be useful. A system, where data does not move, rather stays on a small device the owner holds.
