Today I went back to therapy for the first time since 2021 and started working with a health coach, which all feels so so difficult, but I'm really trying to support myself during a difficult season, I just wish this was even slightly easier to manage
An amazing woman at my church gathers up food scraps from our events & delivers them to a local family's chickens. Last year I went with her to drop off the scraps & meet the chickens. This week she showed up to church with a dozen fresh eggs from "our" chickens for me! What a gift!
Followed this up by ordering good walking shoes. I'm working on healing my nervous system/nervous system regulation & while cleaning tools & walking shoes aren't "posh spa vibes," these are the tools I need to make daily tasks easier & get my body moving. I'm so grateful I'm able to get these tools!

I've been working for a month on a full refresh of my Substack to turn it into my website & writing space. This is honestly the most thought I've put into creating my formal online presence & I'm so excited with what I'm launching. I hope I can live up to my own vision for the future of my writing!
