Followed this up by ordering good walking shoes. I'm working on healing my nervous system/nervous system regulation & while cleaning tools & walking shoes aren't "posh spa vibes," these are the tools I need to make daily tasks easier & get my body moving. I'm so grateful I'm able to get these tools!

Can't turn the AC off because it's too hot, but that means I have to keep a window open which lets in all the literal ash that's falling in town, so I'm damned if I do, damned if I don't, not to mention I have an asthmatic cat but she can't fry in this heat either
