I’ve been seeing #SaveStuGo floating around! Thank you very much for caring about the show! We haven’t been cancelled yet- all eyes are gonna be on StuGo’s Disney+ performance. So (please) tune in on July 30th! 😅 We’ll have more content soon, leading up to the drop!

🎂IT'S MY BIRTHDAY SATURDAY 6/14!🎂 I'm gonna go on camera with my mascot suit for the first time and I have a bunch of goodies to show off! We'll also be raising money for Immigrant Defenders Law Center! See you then!!❤️

It bears repeating that 5calls.org makes it incredibly easy to contact your reps. They give you the phone numbers, a script to read, and a run down of what is happening with each issue. I just called my senators in my pjs half awake and I'll probably do it some more later

It's cruel. It's an incredible escalation of their anti-trans culture war. And there is still a chance to stop the provision in the Senate, so if you have a trans person in your life you care about, I implore you - make your voice heard with your Senators. Both of them. Republican OR Democrat.

i wrote a short comic for Issue 6 of The Fruitslice (@ thefruitslice on IG) around the theme of queer ecology, and wanted to explore that theme with some thoughts on the existence queerness in nature (1/2)

Page 1 of 5 of a comic done with black ink and pink tones. Panel 1: a character's feet in the grass sounded by bushes and trees, reads "Is this world for me?" Panel 2: reveals the same character's face, a short, stocky person with short flowing hair, looking wistful, reads "Is my existence aligned with nature?" Panel 3: reveals the character walking in a forest, trees towering over them, surrounded by nature, reads "Is this how I was meant to be?"Page 2 of 5 of a comic done with black ink and pink tones. Panel 1: a short character with straight hair and a taller character with curly hair walking towards each other through a forest that towers over them. Panel 2: the two characters shown torso-up meet in the middle and hold hands. Panel 3: a still shot of the treetops with leave blowing in the wind, text reads "The Earth was made" "through a chain of tiny mistakes"Page 3 of 5 of a comic done with black ink and pink tones. Panel 1: a shot through the branches of a tree, leaves in detail, reads "And those mistakes wove neatly" Panel 2: a continuation of panel 1, reveals a leaf bug, blending with the leaves and crawling onto a branch, text reads "into other mistakes". Panel 3: a shot of a landscape with large mountains in the background, reads " to make mountains". Panel 4: a shot of a river bank with cattails and a toad on a log on the foreground, text reads "and oceans" "and riverbanks". Panel 5: an upward shot from below a tree looking up at the sky, flowers in the foreground, text reads "and we say it all occurred naturally".

I just called and left a comment. I hope more people are encouraged do this. It’s scary sometimes to make a phone call but we have to make our voices heard and demand more from our reps. Trans rights are human rights. Newsom is a huge disappointment and not able to meet the moment.

The number is (916) 445-2841 if you want to talk to Gavin Newsom's staff or leave a message. I never once have done so in my capacity as a private citizen of California until today. This is the lowest he has ever sunk and I hope that he does the work to try to redeem himself.

🚨 Everyone needs to call their Dem Senator right now. They are starting to cave. Tell them: 1. Vote NO on Cloture AND 2. Vote NO on the Republican spending bill. Don’t let them pivot to reconciliation. GOP doesn’t need Dem votes on that and they know it. TODAY is the showdown. 🤳🏽: (202) 224-3121

I just called, waited 20-25 min on hold, and politely registered my disgust and sense of betrayal with his staff member. Through a decade of working on policy in CA, I have had my disagreements with @gavinnewsom.bsky.social but until today have never felt so betrayed and disgusted. I'm shaking now.
