My best revenge on the abusers I suffered was to read 100 books on parenting for my kids & try to do it RIGHT! Never hit my kids, never called them names, never took their toys away!! I was a good mom, & my 3 kids turned out so great I can brag all day. I'm not crying, you are! Sniff! My babies!

I think being hit & physically abused IS a kind of emotional abuse. It makes you feel ashamed, worthless, unloved, bad, ugly. Just as being called names, stupid, brat, monster, idiot, etc. I think they're both the same, but most abusers do both. Most are equally horrible parenting crimes.

The initial American strategy failed, the war with Iran is consuming the region, Iran and Ukraine are risking a face-off, both Russia and China are escalating their military commitments, American munitions are dwindling and Trump is raging. Other than that, everything is fine.
