artists on bsky, don't be afraid to repost your art. there is no shame in it. if you feel shameful for it, that's either learned behavior or secret fake rules you made for yourself. repost it several times a day, for several days. then again a month later. people aren't gonna see it otherwise.

The energy I'm leading into this year of 2026 is: This is MY year, despite all my fears I'm going to get out of my comfort zone to do new things, and learn how to be unapologetically me. And I wish happiness for everyone through this year as well!
people need to realise that if you want fandom and art spaces to thrive, and if you want to make friends in these spaces - you need to hype each other up! not just expect a pat on the back for your own work, you gotta encourage others, even if it's not a fandom or content you like!
No one will be as excited for the characters you create as much as you will be, so get excited for your OCs, write their stories, ponder their lore, make silly little doodles of them, and most of all, create with whimsey and joy.

Art is just so fucking cool. I love scrolling my feed here and seeing piece after piece of what feels like the true universal language of humanity. Even if we don't share the same words you can draw a picture of something that matters to you and I will feel it in some way. I love that connection.
