I feel a bit bad for how little I have to share these days. With the advance of generative AI and the general state of the world I lost a lot of motivation to engage in social media but also to invest in my art beyond what's practically necessary.

Rob Reiner either made your favorite movie, or made somebody you know’s favorite movie. If you’re a Californian, he’s also part of the reason you or your friends can get married. He has changed more lives for the better than this asshole commenting on him ever did.

HOPE (1997) Acrylic on Watercolor Board - 13” x 10” Ammonites have always been meant as a personal form of “memento mori” symbols in my art. They are cautionary reminders of our impermanence. 1/3

A woman in flowing robes stands on a mound of rock. In front of her, large ammonite fossils stack, unevenly fused together by coral. The s-shaped formation blocks vibrant blue night sky, but the ammonites are ancient and deteriorating. The woman holds a hand to her chest as she stares through the eroded spiral center to witness a bright shining star.
