Splatoon players are so starved for any meaningful content after a year of neglet and rot that they get exited over a rehashed trailer for a spin-off they were already gonna buy and a splatfest that theyll stop playing after 45 minutes.

- How is this not a breach of privacy? Isn't this backwards? Shouldn't this private info remain so by default, and if people want to use your site they can then agree to your terms? I would love some clarification on this because this does not seem like the correct order of operations here.
- You claim this is part of the "terms of agreement." Terms that no one agreed to in the first place, and most don't even know exists
