Twitch and Amazon are apparently planning to use streams to train Generative AI. Multiple sources tell me it will be announced in the coming months, despite some internal friction against it. Creators may be able to opt out of some training data.

i don't typically talk about "drama" but i blocked someone here for my own sake a while ago (they were awful to me/my friends) and they noticed, blocked me back and then banned me from their twitch chat? so i can't talk in my friend's streams when they share viewers LOL honestly kinda wild
