I do want to make it clear that while this is a jab at the slop of videos that will be coming out looking like this, it's genuinely super sad that D2 is coming to an end. I hope it as a game can be preserved for a very long time.

Ian Watson wrote the first Warhammer 40,000 novels I ever read, the Jaq Draco Inquisitor trilogy in the early 90s. Say what you want about certain elements of them - I have - but if you want a real handle on exactly how utterly batshit 40k should be, I think you can do no better. RIP.
