Il faudrait qu'on s'éloigne collectivement de ce rapport utilitaire à la nourriture dans les jeux vidéo. Ça vient d'une culture américaine où la nourriture n'est qu'un carburant, et de 20 ans de Youtube muscu/nutrition qui nous fait peser nos kcal.

Tout est vrai. Et j'irai même plus loin : c'est un processus de verbalisation nécessaire qui force à clarlfier l'identité de l'histoire que l'on veut raconter, et aussi aide à repérer les problèmes et nœuds à démêler, pour la compréhension notamment. On devient meilleur comme ça.
