Update on this. Whatever flare up I had cooled down around 4 my time. I ended up finishing my shift and been doing okay this evening. Still plan on seeing my doctor Friday.

My coughing has lessened and the mucus I'm spitting up is more white than yellow now. I think I'm improving in some ways. My biggest concern is I have this dull ache/burn that radiates my lower back, flank and sides. If it doesn't go away after this bottle of antibiotics, I'm seeing a doctor.

I'm starting to get very concerned that this respiratory infection hasn't cleared up yet. I'm taking Doxycycline and I'm still spitting up mucus, having heat flashes and fatigue. I may need to see my doctor soon.
