An ICE official desposed for this case was so evasive during a deposition that the judge declared her not credible. At one point, when asked to give a rough estimate of how many people were being held at 26 Federal Plaza in NYC in June 2025, she responded with "there's no such thing as an average."

The youngest person his pager attack killed was 9-year-old Fatima Abdullah, who had just started 4th grade. The pager was on a table when it went off and she picked it up to take to her dad. It exploded in her face and reports said it covered the room in her blood. She wanted to learn English.

I am heartbroken to read that yet another person has died in Trump's concentration camps. Carlos Josue Marchena-Marchena was 36. He died on Sept. 18. The press release provides no details. It serves only to condemn the victim and absolve the government.

This ICE removal flight to Myanmar has now landed in Guam. Migrant passengers onboard (4 to 7 that I’m aware of) have been shackled for at least 15 hours.

This is Maeve. She may be the sweetest, most good natured, most trusting dog I have ever met. She was abandoned in DC last week, and since I’m not able to adopt a dog now, I had to turn her over to the Brandywine Animal Shelter. I want to make sure this absolute delight of a dog finds a good home.
