Note to media: police arresting peaceful protesters singing “give peace a chance” is not protesters “clashing” with police. It’s the state violating the First Amendment rights of people upset that human beings who did nothing illegal are being held without due process and being fed maggots.

The problem is that “I am often scared and angry about social change” does not inherently lend itself to interesting art. You can be as technically skilled as the greats, but art with nothing interesting to say is just a commodity.

The real problem is that DoorDash is addictive in the same way that doomscrolling is. And like any addiction, when people try to gently suggest alternative solutions or coping skills, people lose their fucking minds.
