So @bomb.sh clack accepted a PR here—the fix was legit, the PR included respectful back-and-forth, with only one red flag in retrospect. Automated reputation farming like this has an extremely high abuse potential with very low chance of detection. Maintainers are not equipped! See for yourself.

Yan@yanthomas.dev · 6mo agoThe part of the team that worked full-time under The Astro Technology company did join Cloudflare -- and we are all happy for them! But, the overall Astro team is bigger: some of us worked as contractors or voluntarily, and currently depend on the very hard-to-get OSS sponsorships.
If you want to support Astro, one of the best ways is to hire the people behind it. There are amazing people on the core team looking for work right now—like me! You get a talented engineer on your team, and give them the sustainability to keep improving Astro for everyone.
