Experimented today with just... not responding, fawning, or performing when stress was thrown at me. Strangely successful. Really threw people for a loop. Much 2 ponder.

Recently been getting Comments™️ at work about my (2 visible) tattoos and weirdly, the length of my hair? There's nothing in the HR handbook prohibiting tattoos or long hair at this job. So obviously, I need more tattoos and to grow my mane out even more. Big chop = temporarily delayed, out of spite.

Used to always think the smell of Spa World was simply the best thing in the world. The very scent made me relax and cued my body that I was safe in a calm, restorative space. This weekend, I discovered it's just... Fabuloso.

Good news, everyone! I have been working every single day since Monday 9/21, but relief is almost here because I FINALLY HAVE A DAY OFF TOMORROWWWWWWWW. Ren fest bound!
Today I found out that the comedian I booked at a burlesque/variety show I produced a decade ago, who then proceeded to drug my drink after the show (while my bf was right there!), is not only here on Bluesky but has assaulted other people after shows. I want to annihilate him.

Ugh. Last night I was told that if something doesn’t change for my boss’ workload, a lot more work/responsibility is coming my way and that I would definitely 100% NOT be receiving any sort of raise or title change to compensate. Should I seriously start looking for something new?
They're playing On The Road Again in guitar workshop. It makes me think of being a very small child in the car with my parents, on the way to my grandparents'. So much has changed. I didn't expect to feel this sad.
