What a night celebrating Restoration Forth! BSL marine signs from the Scottish Sensory Centre, songs from Newhaven Community Choir & epic views from the Port of Leith Distillery made it extra special. 👋🎵 A big thank you to the amazing people and communities who make Restoration Forth what it is. 💙

European flat oysters play a crucial role in restoring our seas. They stabilise the seabed, store carbon and boost biodiversity. 🦪 It’s exciting to see Restoration Forth and volunteers clean and introduce more oysters into the Firth of Forth! Watch this space for more on this impactful work. 👀

A wet & wild bird survey in Burntisland with Fife Coast & Countryside Trust ☔ but the birds didn't seem to mind! Bar-tailed Godwits, Little Grebe, Redshank, Turnstones & many more species feeding & sheltering along the coastline 🌊

Today we raised our voices outside Scottish Parliament in one last push to ensure politicians stand up for Scotland's nature. The Natural Environment Bill could be a game-changer - introducing nature targets and Swift bricks. The final debate starts today, we hope to see major wins for wildlife.
