Separating the art from the artist only really works when the artist has died, not when they're actively using their income to harm Trans people. If you're continuing to put your money into Harry Potter-related things, you're funding efforts to hurt Trans people. It's really that simple.

Today was my only day with a badge at Gen Con. Made the most of it by buying many $30 and under games, grabbing stuff I pre-ordered, and attacking @monkeyminion.com with proof of his ownership of Indiana. I will be back at the @inconindy.bsky.social table tomorrow, around 1 or 2pm...
After this year, I'm stepping away from running our Gen Con table. A lack of volunteers, people micromanaging my schedule while still not volunteering, the lack of badges from a big convention, and more have made me really sour on doing this anymore.

Spent all day with a few members of my family. My cousin was there when she passed, met her at the nursing home. Called my cousin in South Carolina so she could tell my aunt in person. Told the brother. Told a bunch of people via messages. Went to funeral home with different aunt and uncle and dad.

Great news, Barb knows my mom is"sick,"and is like has she gotten any better. No, Barb. There's no getting better.
My mom was taken off her regular meds and ha on pain meds. She has stopped eating and drinking. I'm glad that her last fun food was a milkshake from/with her best friends.

Where I work introduces a new burger that replaces a similar one. New one comes pre-made and is 12 per box. Old one we assembled, but it came 34 burgers to a box. They tell us to push it hard. To get one old boxes worth of sandwiches, we need 3 boxes of new sandwiches.
