my wife has a friend who sent Dolly Parton a painting she made & a letter explaining how much Dolly's music meant to her while she was transitioning. Dolly responded to it personally & paid for her top surgery. Sounds like an urban legend but it's real. I think we're going to more stories like this.

I hope BACKROOMS and OBSESSION really opens the eyes of the big studios because their success is going against everything big studios think audiences want.
For the gamers: I played SOUTH OF MIDNIGHT & what a stunning Southern Gothic story. The stop-motion animation style is breathtaking, bringing a world of mythical lore & spooky bayous to life. Fantastic atmosphere & bluesy, soulful soundtrack for a magical, dark coming-of-age adventure. Good stuff.
THE MANDALORIAN AND GROGU feels like one long TV episode, with a little adventure that isn’t a very strong entry in the movie franchise. But it’s hard not to find amusement in it, especially when it gives Grogu some big moments. I love that little green baby & I’d watch him in anything! #FilmSky
