Judge Judy and Executioner

You might say I'm typo-positive. Disabled. Sports fan. Nuggets, Avs, baseball, with a side of apathetic af Rockies fan.

The WNBA has never had a trans woman play in the league’s 30-year history and now the right and other anti-trans activists are hammering the league over something that has never been an issue, proving once again it isn’t about protection but exhibiting cruelty toward trans people.

Seriously, do this. Do toe yoga. Do arch drops/raises to strengthen your arch and tibia. Do calf raises. Wear toe separators around the house while doing chores. Rehabbing a dropped arch is excruciating. These are quick and easy exercises and they will save you so much pain later on.

If you are 38 years old or older, I want you to start working on your foot strength and ankle mobility. Unless I hate you. Then I want you to rest for ten years and then suddenly try to hop off a step one day, cold.

Had my first (2nd? Does it count that the first was drug-assissted?) panic attack tonight. It turns out that it's really fucking hard to take deep breaths when they just keep making you burp because that's what happens when you're stressed now. So that ruined a perfectly good nap.

This is not how you respond to a person criticizing your continued use of a platform that continues to demonize a their small minority as a genocidal campaign is carried out against them. Would this even be a question if the NYT was blatantly anti-Black? Anti-Semitic? Islamaphobic? (lol)

This may be true of others but I actually got express permission from the trans community to keep NYT games and recipes. I also have a news subscription, which is arguably worse, so I had to specifically send in a written request. Took 30 days but I got approved.

Murphy would be a lot less frustrated right now if he actually paid attention when I pointed at something and said his name. Now he's looking for a spider under furniture that long since abandoned that space and I have no answers for him because I went and did something else for a bit.

What people really fail to recognize about the last few GOP gubernatorial nominations in Colorado is how they've been influenced by unaffiliated voters. Open primaries changed the whole game. More than 50% of Colorado voters are unaffiliated and can choose to vote the GOP ballot in the primary.

Colorado GOP Gov candidate Victor Marx says God has given him a "gift" to uncover people's demons and rid them of evil spirits through a specialized prayer. Marx says you, too, can learn how to do it. The eight-part course is $99. www.9news.com/article/news...

My first floor is a balmy 72° while my bedroom on the second floor is 85° with three dehumidifiers running, which is almost warm enough for Taylor Lorenzen. I might be sleeping in the recliner tonight, at least until my neck insists I sleep on my side and I have to move to the couch.
