Today, I stopped by @neuralstemcells.bsky.social new facility in Albany to learn more about how NIH grants are helping this small, nonprofit institution perform groundbreaking research and develop new therapies for neurodegenerative conditions like Alzheimer’s disease.

Lamson broke away from runner-up Jack Huber of Delmar around the two-mile mark and never looked back in finishing in 17:06. On the women’s side, Karen Bertasso-Hughes of Selkirk added to her storied resume, claiming her sixth career Workforce Challenge title with a time of 20:05.
