Can exercise “undo” the health risks of too much sitting? We had fun debating this in MSSE/ACSM’s new Contrasting Perspectives series. Our take: physical activity is hugely important, but may not fully offset all risks of sedentary behaviour. Depends on the outcome, dose, methods and context.
