Yes, I have my friends. Though, I always feel so far away from many. I do not hear from many locals who would entertain my company. I am thankful for the people I do have in my life. That does not mean I do not feel dreadfully alone all the time.

I'm not feeling well, been just an emotional wreck and been feeling this way for a long time. Local social problems are a big part of it. I don't think any amount of coping is actually helping. I do have thoughts of just moving out west. DC DMV is terrible for traffic anyway.
Realizing you have a very specific personality that does not align with everyone is just a part of getting older People come and go, some are good and bad; for you, or in general Not everyone wants to be your friend; I'm content with that. Life is better without the toxicity.

Father flies a blue line flag, has trump hats around and went on political rants looking for validation from me for his support. I dident give him that. Instead I sequed every time. He also explained that trans men should not go into women's bathrooms and play women's sports ect ect.

Seeing family has been great. Four years of absence. It was nice, but now I'm not even sure how I feel waiting for the plane out. I'm both sad, but also looking forward to my own home.
