Missed my flight to DC at CPH due to passport control. Next DC flight’s in 2 days (full anyway). Closest option: JFK (NYC) Tomorrow. SAS only rebooks me to NY—no hotel comp. 3-4 trains home from NYC. Complaining to CPH for hotel + train costs. Home delayed till tomorrow Q.Q

Im on track to get out to EF. I expect to be there Tuesday Afternoon.
So, I had a good time at FD. Important thing is I got to see my friends and make new ones. I'm wishing I had more time with everyone. Thursday and Friday night was wild for me, and Saturday I just got heat exhaustion and had to stay in my room. Next stop, Germany.

Yes, I have my friends. Though, I always feel so far away from many. I do not hear from many locals who would entertain my company. I am thankful for the people I do have in my life. That does not mean I do not feel dreadfully alone all the time.
