Big iced tea matchup on Friday

5-0'd with a different take on Station-Cam Combo. It is nuts that the entire combo fits into one color and you can just play it with any supporting packages. The archetype is full of possibilities right now, could go any direction. Guide on the whole archetype soon on Patreon. @fireshoes.bsky.social

I swear to god, Wizards can't get out of their own god damned way sometimes. They are making Magic Online change what decklists get published. Only the Top 8 decklists will get posted for challenges under 64 players. #mtg #ReleaseTheDecklists

4-0 RCQ run with Sultai Reanimator. List was slightly weird because I was in a rush and couldn't grab everything. MUs in replies. Deck is cracked, sign up to my free Patreon to read more and if you pay $1/month you can read everything 1 week early. patreon.com/UGSHavard?ut... @fireshoes.bsky.social

A prominent commentator in the fighting game community, Sajam, has announced he will not participate in future EVO events following its acquisition by the Saudi government.

'It's a pretty big deal for me as a human': One of the FGC's most popular commentators is stepping away from future EVO events following its Saudi buyout

Sajam called the choice "bad for me financially."

Top 4d an RCQ this weekend, going 3-2 in swiss (punted away a loss on the last turn, the deck 4-1d but I did not) and scooped the invite. I think this is the best deck in standard. A guide just went live on my Patreon for $1 tier patrons, it's free next week. Link below @fireshoes.bsky.social

New (mostly) free Patreon post talking about the RC, Kethis' great results and some changes to my list is live. Last week's Sideboard/Matchup guide is now free. Below are my RC (3-4 Ruby Storm) and Super Sunday (5-1 Kethis) decks. Decklists in article. @fireshoes.bsky.social

The sideboard guide plus matchup guide plus decklist update is coming soon. I'll work on it a lot over the weekend. The primer will become available for free when that releases, so be on the lookout for that. $1 tier will have access to the new list in time for RC Vegas.

I 5-0d with Kethis the other day. As a former breach player of 5 years who has worked on this archetype in the past I decided to write a primer. Link below. I'm working on a sb/mu guide to drop so paid members get it before Vegas. $1 early access or wait a week for free access.

I know it wasn't perfect but I think that this was the best stream running I had ever done for an event. I was running for all 3 streams when they had UNI (except first wave and the last run when Wrex was doing it as the Game Lead). Lots of international players and good matches.

[ the final FINAL farewell. ] @nightsclimax.bsky.social is partnering with @combobreaker.org to showcase Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax Ignition, Melty Blood: Type Lumina, Melty Blood Actress Again Current Code, and Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes as main games with their own dedicated stage!

Just one more flight and then I climax for the last time.

Six people had their visas revoked due to their social media posts. Six people are being deported because of what they said online. Six people have had their freedom of speech suspended. It won’t stop with these six people. Either we all have freedom of speech or none of us do.

Weird how this pattern has developed. Surely he will think of the community next time, now that he has finally gotten his bag.

Why are we still paying Jared Leto to do things, I thought we learned our lesson about that

Back to back 4-1s in the swiss portion of RCQs this weekend. MUs below for those interested. Yesterday I scooped the semis of a 2 slotter to take the credit as I already have an invite, today I scooped the semis after a top 4 split for the same reason. @fireshoes.bsky.social

1st trophy of the season. Was playing with Vein Ripper for a bit and wanted to try hoof. Immediate 5-0 🤷. Feelings are mixed on hoof but it's nice that the instant win for this version is a smaller package and I don't have to have 4 harvesters in my deck when they're bad. @fireshoes.bsky.social

The more I think about it the more I’m fascinated with the idea of remastering a game from 2000 to look like a game from 2004.
