I just finished up a small field recording bag! 🎤 I wanted something I could take with me on a hike/to a park that wasn't too heavy that I could capture some quick sounds on. Super stoked with how it came out!

For my birthday, my wife got me an Analogue Pocket so I could relive playing through games from my childhood, mainly the GB/GBC/GBA Pokémon games. With all my free time this winter break, I decided to do something that I've wanted to do since I was a kid - complete the Pokédex. (VERY wordy thread)

Made it just in time for GameSoundCon! Started today in Vegas, landed in Seattle to see my pets, and now here in Burbank to get that audio gamer knowledge. 🙌

Real talk, Vegas airport is hands down one of the worst airports I’ve been in. But big glowy TV sphere is neat!

Off to MagicCon! Flying down tonight and back Monday morning to then fly straight to GameSoundCon. Busy week! Saving grace is that my wife got me a Pocket Analogue as an early birthday gift, and I can now play Pokemon Yellow & Crystal to pass the time. 🙌

I was wildly irresponsible with money recently and now have 17 packages all arriving today. Buuuuuuut one of them is an excessively large MTG playmat so it couldnt have been THAT irresponsible.

Finally captured what I wake up to on most mornings. Truly a humbling experience.
