1/3 The piano has been a staple diet of mine since the age of 8. It was a joint first study along with percussion at the Royal Academy of Music, London and remains a crucial instrument for when I’m composing.

1/2 Last week’s heatwave encouraged us to take our creative experiments outside, as we explored a few initial ideas for a duo Kashaka piece, aptly called ‘Clicking Music’, accompanied by the sounds of nature.
