This year, twelve silent films are available to watch online via stream 🎬 The accompanying music is recorded in the university's courtyard in Bonn, so you'll have the full experience even if you can't visit us in person! Each film will be available for 48 hours from around 6pm CEST.

Chiudere Schengen con la Spagna per i fatti di Ceuta è una misura senza senso: è come mettersi il preservativo sul pianerottolo di casa perché in un altro condominio qualcuno sta facendo sesso. Solo propaganda per raccattare voti.

Preparations for this year's festival are in full swing and you can find the complete program on our website: www.internationale-stummfilmtage.de The streaming schedule will also be published there shortly 🥳🎬

Hello Bluesky 👋 We’re here to share two exciting things: First, our silent film festival will return this year! Mark your calendars: We'll be running from 13th to 23rd August 2026. Second: We'll be sharing all the news and updates about this year's festival right here, so hit follow and stay tuned!😊

THE CROWD (1928) is coming to Blu-Ray!!! First LETTY LYNTON (1932) and now THE CROWD (1928)?! Is 2026 the year we get long awaited physical media? What's next? Tovarich (1937)? The Very Thought of You (1944)?!

Just pre-ordered this bad boy on Amazon! We love any and all #SherlockHolmes, from silent to sound. We will definitely do an episode breaking this down when we get it in August! #silentfilm #silentmovies
