Ce n’est pas sans raison que les précédents gouvernements libéraux ont envisagé de privatiser les aéroports sans finalement le faire.

There's a reason previous Liberal governments looked at privatizing airports and didn't go through with it. Private investors don't want a stake in our public assets to make them better. They’re in it to make as much money as possible for themselves - while workers and passengers pay the price.

As we said from the moment this idea was first floated: privatizing our airports benefits no one but corporations out to make a profit.

The government should be protecting our public airports, not selling them off for parts. History is littered with examples of the failures of privatization. It drives up costs for the public, quality suffers, and workers always end up paying the price.
