Fun fact: Recent studies suggest that the average Turf Wars player has developed an abnormally intense fear response to images of the E-Liter 4k. Surprisingly, it has less to do with the weapon's oppressive range and more to do with how it reminds them of the absurdly high gas prices.

On a casual level, endgame S2 was way more fun than endgame S3 for me, and that was solely because of the maps; there’s just so much more stupid funny things I could do on S2’s bad maps while fucking around in league battles (W triggerfish), while S3’s are just genuinely awful and unenjoyable

[Splatoon 3] Version 11.3.1 will be released tomorrow. It contains data for the new Splatfest, as well as the stages Walleye Warehouse and Saltspray Rig. The theme is Shit vs. Piss vs. Cum. The Tricolor Splatfest stages will be Walleye Warehouse and Saltspray Rig.

What's super interesting about this is that splat roller also happens to deal 50 damage at 11.2 units with its vertical swings, so now carbon roller has greater 2 shot range than splat roller. Here's a graph comparing the two post patch, with carbon on yellow and splat roller on red.

Graph showing the splat roller damage falloff curve in red and the carbon roller falloff curve in yellow. The splat roller has higher damage than carbon roller, except for a brief window from 10 to 13.5 units, where the carbon roller does more.
