OK, we have now passed the 80% mark, and while I don't want to see any such lackidasical attitudes again, we can all agree that it's a good job done since Wednesday. Now, to get from 80 to 100 we need less than 2k more. We've done more than that already, just from Bluesky #speirgorm Easy.

Ok, Ireland is at 89.99% of the threshold it has to reach for this #EU petition to support banning #LGBTQ conversion therapy. Only a few hundred to go! #Spéirgorm

I have signed this #EU initiative to propose a ban on #LGBTQ+ conversion "therapy" which every EU citizen above the age of 16 should be able to sign. #Ireland needs maybe 5,000 more signatures to reach the threshold #Spéirghorm #Spéirgorm eci.ec.europa.eu/043/public . Sign it and share it!
