This would be a lot less silly if the individual in question hadn’t devoted his career to being deliberately offensive, provocative, and controversial. He would want nothing more than being badmouthed after death. That’s how he lived his life. He loved to make himself people’s enemy.

People who want you to speak kindly about dead abusers wouldn’t have wanted you to say it when he was alive either. Hearing about abuse is uncomfortable, they don’t know how to feel or respond and so they prefer the culture of silence that allows abusers to operate.

E-scooters, immigrants, be tough with solicitors, “protect” the children … anything to distract from actually governing.

Oh no. Exactly what everyone who knows literally *anything* about it said would happen did in fact happen. Wow. So now all the other know nothings in other governments around the world who are planning on giving away everyone's privacy will stop and think for a single second, right? Right??
