In early 2025, I was asked to create ten Superman artworks for Upper Decks DC Legendary deck building game. Here is how I approached drawing an icon who has to feel powerful, human and hopeful. Published by: @upperdeckent #DC #Superman #UpperDeck #Comics #Illustration
Superman in the Fortress of Solitude I wanted him to feel iconic against the towering crystal forms, with the icy environment making the red and blue of the suit really pop. At the same time, I wanted to suggest that beneath the bold exterior is someone thoughtful, sensitive and deeply caring.

IN A WORLD OF HER OWN (2016) Acrylic on Canvas - 36" x 48" This painting arose from musing on an interview that Stanley Kubrick gave in 1968, a source of inspiration I have gone back to over the years, revisiting comments made by the director. 1/3
Heading to the cinema to see Paprika tonight. I've not seen it before, so I'm excited for the trippy, mind-bending visuals on the big screen.
A few years back I drew this Galactus & Silver Surfer piece as a private commission and after seeing the new Fantastic Four movie, it felt like the perfect time to share it again. #Galactus #SilverSurfer #FantasticFour #jackkirby #stanlee #Marvel #PencilArt
I had the pleasure of designing an official Deadpool X Wrexham artwork for Marvel Stadium in Melbourne. The mural itself was painted up by Apparition Media. This was a fun project, mixing Marvel mayhem, football energy, and the chaos of multiple Deadpool variants plus Wolverine on the pitch. ⚽
New artwork I created feat. DAVE BAUTISTA as Jake from AFTERBURN, inspired by the just released trailer for the upcoming film! The movie is based on the Afterburn comic series I concepted and illustrated for Red 5 Comics in 2007. Watch the official trailer now: www.youtube.com/watch?v=whiD... 4 m

Cool seeing this photo after all these years… a special moment at Armageddon 2008 with Jim Lee introducing himself and telling what a fan he was to legendary artist Colin Wilson of 2000ad and Blueberry fame. That’s baby me and my brother Adam next to Colin, it was only my 2nd con as a guest 🧠💥
A bit of Australian Comic Book History, taken during @jimlee.bsky.social 2008 visit to Australia. Also pictured with legendary 2000ad, and Blueberry Illustrator, Colin Wilson, along with Wayne, and Adam Nichols.
