Am I the only one who sometimes gets exhausted from posting in artshares( and nothing ever coming out of it)?
THIS. You can't "a very special episode" to teach about accountability - YOU have to MODEL it YOURSELF. Telling your kids to do better while you engage in bullshit teaches them that people in power get to decide who gets punished & how, while facing zero consequences themselves.

Don’t shield them for the consequences of their actions. Walk them through the process of doing the wrong thing and turning it into the right thing.
