At the same time, the "hybrid" war is raging on the internet. National borders with their physical fences and roadblocks don't matter. War is increasingly ephemeral.
The front line in Ukraine is no longer defined by physical trenches, but by information -- knowing who is where. If a Russian infiltration unit gets found by the Ukrainians, it gets eliminated immediately. As long as Ukraine doesn't have that information, the unit is fine.
