I’ll never forget how special the ep of Dr Who ‘Midnight’ was to me. For absolutely the smallest reason. It was the first show with a casual mention of a gay relationship that made all the difference to me when I was young. It didn’t make a fuss, and no one bats an eye. And it’s the best thing.
