PC gaming: my studio/work PC is showing signs of age. I'm getting severe frame drops in Helldivers 2. I'll need to log some performance metrics, but the 6+ years old 3700X might finally be too old… 5800X3D would be nice, but I'm not in a situation where I could reasonably afford that for years.
A couple of weeks to go until I get my result from the autism diagnostics. Still want to look for old documents and ponder if I forgot something. I'm very nervous and don't know what to expect. Friends, siblings, therapist, me etc. all see strong indicators…

Why does Korea have a holiday for the alphabet? Because unlike other writing systems that evolved over centuries, Hangul was the work of one dude who solved mass illiteracy by sitting down and creating a brand new fully-formed system from scratch that anyone can learn almost instantly.

The situation with FurAffinity is pretty amazing. Advertisers threatened their advertising revenue because they considered Plus Sized characters and characters HUGGING to be adult content. So FA said fuck off, and in two days raised their entire yearly funding. Advertisers are so bullshit stupid.
Here we go again. My old Index is starting to be really uncomfortable and the face tracking kit I installed is too loud and giving me anxiety. Did a hyperfixation deep dive and with friends testimony I've narrowed it down to the Steam Frame.

FA regardless of your personal feelings, is the core of the fandom and losing it would mean YEARS AND YEARS of art, messages, pages, and memorials for people that have passed, would be gone. We CANNOT allow ourselves to rely simply on sites like bsky, twitter, insta, etc. etc. to be our defaults.
