The AI experiment at work has failed. They didn't say explicitly that it's failed, but this morning senior staff made sure we were happy with hiring apprentice and graduates. Exactly as I predicted. Exactly as everyone in the industry predicted from the word "jump".

Someone pushed AI slop to master, somehow, and it broke deployment. Ripped it out and went postal in the global dev chat. Then someone responded to that saying "sometimes things are too hard to test" and I ripped them to shreds. Actually fuck off.
