This year I’ve become a cycle to work kind of guy… just under 30km round trip. Feels real nice to get a big dose of exercise in the morning & evening and also get to see some nice parts of the city in the process. So much quicker than the bus. Even get my Paris-Roubaix simulation going on…

Went on the first bike ride with my son today (both of us on bikes, rather than me just running alongside him), and it’s amongst the happiest I’ve ever been.
