In case you missed it, the account mrrobertbob posted an extremely viral but misleading pic of a "flapjack octopus" who then blocked everyone who correctly pointed out it was GenAI. Stop sharing posts with images without credit/provenance. Lots of fakes/grifter accounts out there.

People in the trans masculine community don't talk often enough about how the hardest part about transitioning away from being a woman is losing the prerogative to have a little fun 😔

I am not their audience, and there is a valid audience for cozy stuff. But PLEASE don't advertise this as the "Ethical" stuff! Suggesting things like dark romance are *Unethical* because there is dark in the genre description wich is meant to go down the dark end. We aren't UNethical for this.

This site is disturbing, the vast majority of trans authors are indie published and, even if they're trad published, almost none of us make enough off our writing to live off. If you can't afford to buy books, many of us share work for free, you can always support trans writers without stealing.

friends, please: don’t use transreads dot org they claim to support trans authors, but take our entire texts, post them for free, fundraise off it, and have the gall to claim it’s about preservation they are literally taking money from trans creators and make it harder for us to keep creating
