Do you have a fallback game? Like, a game that you can play a ton over and over and never get bored? Or get that urge and no life it for a month? For a lot of people it's Minecraft or an MMO For me it's Diablo 3. Something about that feedback loop just feels good

Just finished Ori and the blind forest and oh man was that an experience. Gameplay was a bit slippery, but the music and visuals? Great! I had tingles in the back of my spine from how good everything sounded and flowed. Definitely recommend playing with surround sound speakers tho. It's magical.

I've been in the process of moving for the last month slowly. I never really worked out so I was constantly out of shape. But after all this, I have actually noticed myself getting stronger. I don't struggle to move things that I used to struggle with before. It's kind of nice actually

Looking at the steam machine prices makes me think I just want to buy a series X for half the price and turn it into an emulation station instead. I'm lucky I bought my deck when I did and manually upgraded it to a TB. But those prices for what amounts to a PC with extra steps is silly
Fun little fact, I have Vitaligo! And my fox character Kiels coloring is based on what skin pigment I had been missing at the time he was created. It certainly needs an update though, my face and waist are now covered. Maybe I should get a ref where I can fill in the colors next time myself lol
Would you consider an animal mascot a fursuiter? I'd like to think it depends on how into it they are. If they enjoy and dedicate themselves to the mascot, they are. If its clear they're just collecting a paycheck, then they're nkt
My bird character has always just been a stand in for what I like in macro, so he's always changing sizes. But now I have two characters that actually have defined sizes and lore. There's so much fun ideas with them that I want to try, but I don't want to mess with that lore either
I'm thinking of selling my old game consoles. General consensus I found online is that people regret selling handhelds, but not tv systems. So I'll keep my 3DS. I don't really touch them anymore, and I feel like they're taking up space and collecting dust I'll give them one last go though
Just read something where the author kept switching full "you" to "u" to shorten things back and forth. Same with "you're" and "ur" I can't stand that. Like, if you're making a text, or a DM, shortening is fine. But for something you publish and you're using that? It hurts to read.
With the new deltarune chapter being announced for later this month, how much you want to bet they make a pun on Torii gates. We are going to see Toriel walking under one and saying something cheesy like: "I guess it's now a Torii-el gate" Calling it now
As much as I want to say Mina the Hollower is a fantastic game, I can't. It's a solid 7/10 The gene itself is sound and built well. But the world itself feels as hollow as the holes Mina digs. It feels like the world was created and the people just added on top, with no ties to it.
Was it just me, or does anyone else remember the era of monkey movies in the early 2000s? It feels like they were all just video rental store bait for children, but they just disappeared off the face of the earth now.

I'm glad Ori and the Blind Forest let's you skip the prologue. I'm working on beating my backlog of unfinished games, and I'd hate to relive that cutscene again. Just thinking about it makes me tear up a little. I'm a different note, maybe I should rank the games I've beaten so far

Wouldn't it be cool if WoTC just created like, hundreds of those codex bundles? Absolutely flooding the market with them so scalpers lost a lot of money? Would be nice, because I actually want one at MSRP. Won't happen though. As much as I can dream of getting my hands on one, it won't happen.
