FYI: Blanche rescinded the ORDER establishing the slush fund, not the underlying “settlement.” The settlement says any changes must be agreed to by ALL parties, not just Todd. This “rescission” isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.

Homeowners don’t have to want to lose value for those without homes to win. Goal could be for everyone to have a home that also can add value in one way or another. If a home with a loan loses value it’s the banks and investors who benefit. We could start building now and not be thru on my lifetime.

Todd Blanche quite obviously lied to the Senate Judiciary Committee when he told them this was dead. It was never dead. It was just on hold until he was confirmed.
