Adding to this... as an ND white, we have GOT to have an honest conversation about how white privilege intersects with neurodivergence advocacy and how the former gets dressed up as the latter bc uwu smol beans can't handle being called out as racist/sexist/etc.

Rent lowering take: Too many ppl on the internet use autism in their vocabulary as an easy excuse when what they want to say is "My views are full of prejudice and close minded as fuck". I'm on the spectrum and the 'quirkification' of something that affected my entire sense of self drives me insane.
