Term limits are the #3 reason why California still has so many problems you think would be fixed by a Democratic super majority. Many Democrats in light blue districts personally feel for smarter policies, but they feel for their next job even more.

What is it about this pardon decision that has everyone forgetting everything that happened the last twelve years? Joe Biden DID pardon every nonviolent federal marijuana offender — Tim Ryan was a member of Congress the first time he did it!
