Voice notes are rolling out in Germ. Testflight users can update now to 3.1 (5991) for end-to-end encrypted voice notes with private, on-device transcription. Talk your talk. We won't hear a thing. 🗣️

Bluesky should go back to invites, continue aggressive bot bans, create a Craigslist-style marketplace (since you’re more likely to buy/get services from a educated or good person on here than any other social network), and market this place like a walled garden protected from enshittification.

Nick has shipped @bulleted.app - an outliner for notes & journaling. The big thing is that it’s one of the first apps that support private data, & @ngerakines.me also shipped a Rust PDS that works with it. You can use it today with public data.
