Probably 15 years ago, our local grocery store ran a promotion where money spent earned you points/stamps that you could redeem for cookware… I just used two 10” & the 14” frying pans to make dinner tonight… (This thought has nothing to do with $256 grocery receipt sitting on my counter…)

Is Ben Johnson is right about completion % and win correlation? Completion % is #2. Weaker than TD rate, but points mean wins. So not shocking, but Ben’s onto something. Sack rate correlates about as strongly as turnover rate. Getting sacked is roughly as bad for wins as throwing picks. 1/2
2022 is the first season a top 12 player wasn't drafted before '01 (as far as I can look) which is obvious bc...tom brady '14 for TEs, '12 for WR, and back to '09 for the last time an RB drafted <'01 was top 12 (ricky williams) it all makes sense but it's sample size tricky for trends imo
