So the current plan for the first three months seems to be E monotherapy but I have also been offered spiro and dutasteride. Really not sure what to do on those. I don't love what I've read about spiro.

Back in TBC circa 2007 I swapped mains to a Draenei prot paladin named Jadissa. I've been Jadissa or "Jad" pretty much ever since in my guild, nearly half my life. There's a real chance I've been called Jad more times than my birth name.

Okay, so, I've answered to "Jad" for like 20 years now since my paladin Jadissa back in BC. I've probably answered to Jad more than my actual name in my life! So, uh, it doesn't seem too crazy to consider having that be part of my new name, right.

"Thank fuck I finished the end of quarter avalanche of bullshit. Finally, I can - oh. Sure, assign a half dozen new things because now it's the start of a new quarter. Sure. Cool." Exhausted by it all. I spend so much of my job now NOT doing what I think of as my job.

Finally fixed (replaced) the dumb sprayer hose on our kitchen sink that's been leaking for most of the past year. I've gotten a lot of fairly important tasks done in the past few months.

Naming TTRPG and game characters is really tough for me, and trying to figure out a new name for myself feels like that but harder. Unfortunately, my brain has decided that I need a name I'm okay with before I can move forward with medical stuff so I've been stalled for weeks now.

It's bi visibility day and I'm pretty torn on how I feel about it. On the one hand, bi flag colors are really great. On the other hand, I did a lot of thinking about sexuality while I was reconsidering gender, and I really think any attraction to guys is fairly situational these days.

Told my psychiatrist I'm trans today. He was extremely positive and supportive, and told me up front if I ever needed any letters or anything that he would be very happy to help. Pretty much what I expected from him because he is a great guy, but still nice to have it actually play out like that.

This is all sorts of confusing as someone that's only ever lived in northern IL, WI, and MN. My dad was from MD and lived in TX for years so I know I have had some of that bleed into pronunciation/words, but...California, really? I'm pretty sure it's just saying it because I don't say "bubbler".
