Congratulations to Prof Gareth Evans for receiving an MBE for services to Cancer Genetics in the King’s Birthday Honours. Prof Evans pioneered & implemented innovative NHS services for patients with inherited cancer predisposition syndromes, most notably breast, ovarian cancer & neurofibromatosis.
