Grantham car park charges shaken up in bid to boost shopping

Drivers in Grantham will pay nothing to park for an hour, but charges for longer stays are going up.

📈 Rising costs and reduced Government funding means that for 2025-26, we are proposing an average increase to the SKDC element of your Council Tax of just £5.51 for a Band D property, making our charge £189.40 for the year ahead. 🔟 This is around 10p a week extra per household 1/2

♻️ Regular domestic recycling collections are operating one day later than advertised. ⛔ However, due to some locations remaining inaccessible, some rounds have been rearranged. 👉 Please leave your bins out until collected, even if you think your street has been served.
